Warranties / Return Policy 
All warranties on our merchandise are those solely of our manufacturers. And although we offer no extended warranties, we do work closely with our suppliers to service any issues that happen to arise. We carry products only from manufacturers with the highest commitment to standing behind their products. All clearance items are sold as-is.

Return Policy
Unless specifically stated, there is no refund or exchange on any of our products, especially of sleeping products such as sofa sleepers, mattresses, pillows, sheets, and mattress covers. In all cases, stains or soiling void all mattress warranties, so do be sure to purchase a waterproof breathable mattress cover upon purchasing your mattress. Also, the law label must still be attached to the mattress for the warranty to remain in effect. We will work closely with the manufacturers to fix or replace any items that have arrived damaged or that have manufacturer defects as determined by the manufacturer. Please rest assured that we will do our very best to make sure that in all cases you are happy with your purchase. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any concerns.

ViSpring Mattresses
Vispring mattresses all come with a 30 year manufacturer warranty and a 90 Comfort Promise. If you have any issues or concerns, please feel free to contact us and we'll do our best to get back to you in 24 - 48 hours. Aireloom Mattresses
To date, we have never had an Aireloom mattress fail or sag, but if one does, it is covered for up to 10 years for manufacturer defects. When a mattress fails, it is usually because something has gone wrong with a coil. If one topples over, then other coils all usually come tumbling after. Warranties do not cover any impressions in the top 2.5 inches. This really is not an issue because when lying on the mattress, we sink into it much more than 2.5 inches, and, secondly, the materials used these days are of such high quality that nothing ever seems to go wrong in the very top layers of the mattress in contrast to the days of old when tops often got lumpy.

If your mattress is sagging or if the mattress is in some other way clearly defective . . .
We've made it real easy for you! Just send us the following in email attachments:
  • A copy of your store receipt
  • A picture from under the bed showing that there is center leg support touching the floor perpendicularly attached to a center beam or cross slat
  • A second picture showing the sag in relation to the entire width of the mattress, with no stains
  • A third picture with a straightedge and a ruler perpendicular measuring the sag. The sag must measure at least 2.5". (You might want to use a wood yardstick or a string held tightly across the bed as your straight edge--please do not send more than three pictures.)

American Leather Comfort Sleepers & Motion Chairs
American Leather warrants its sofa sleeper motion chair mechanisms for 10 years, the frame for as long as the original owner owns it, and the cushions and mattress for 5 years. The fabric and stitching is warranted for a year. The warranty covers only manufacturing defects. If you have an issue with your American Leather Comfort Sleeper, do email us--we're happy to help.

Wood Bedroom Furniture
Our manufacturers warrant the wood bedroom furniture for up to one year to be free of manufacturer defects. If we can identify that it is defective, we will work with the manufacturer to either fix or replace the item.
 
Adjustable Bases 20 Year Warranty
Malouf, the manufacturer, offers a warranty which runs for up to twenty (20) years on all Structures™ Adjustable Bases from the date of purchase, according to the tiers set forth below:
YEAR 1:
Warranty covers defects in the workmanship or materials for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. Malouf® will send replacement parts for any defective part to the purchaser, and Malouf® will pay all authorized labor and transportation costs associated with the repair or replacement of any parts.
YEARS 2-5:
During the years two (2) through five (5) from the date of purchase, Malouf® will offer replacement parts for any defective part to the purchaser. The purchaser shall bear all service, transportation, labor, and shipping costs associated with the repair or replacement of the defective part(s).
YEARS 6-20:
During the years six (6) through twenty (20) Malouf® will offer replacement parts for any mechanical bed part (excluding electronics, electrical components, drive motors, and massage motors). Purchaser shall pay 1/15th of the replacement cost of the defective part multiplied by the number of years since 5 years after the warranty commencement date, and Malouf® shall bear the remainder of the cost of the replacement part. The purchaser shall bear all service, transportation, labor, and shipping costs associated with the repair or replacement of the defective part(s)
